Rotate your camera to portrait orientation then hit the lock button. Change your resolution to 16:9 and you should be good to go.

I would recommend the Firehouse Micro Pro on the DJI Mini 4 Pro. It is Firehouse's brightest strobe and it is smaller and lighter than the ARC V and ARC V Pro. The ARC V Pro and ARC XL Pro strobe lights are the only strobes that come with the remote. As far as mounting locations go, I'd recommend 1 front arm and 1 back arm mounted strobe. You can also mount one on the top if you wish. The FAA doesn't give guidance on where they should be placed, the color of the light. I would stay away from using red/blue and white/blue color combinations unless you are in law enforcement. White, Red and Green color combinations can be used as they are typical colors used on manned aircraft. Yes we are out of the Micro Pro Multi-Color. We have been stocking more of the Micro Pro White as they are the most popular and brighter than the Multi-Color version. If you want the Multi-Color you can order them straight from Firehouse as we may not get more stock of them for a few weeks. Firehouse also sells our mounts, they sometimes have bundles with them too. They don't stock our top mounts for the Mini 4 Pro, but they do stock the arm mounts. We don't offer bundles, we don't have as much pricing flexibility with the strobe lights as they do. We usually only have one sale a year on Black Friday.

I wish Sony would just make the eyelets slightly bigger. Unfortunately with the latest Anchor Links being so much thicker it makes it even more difficult, if not impossible, to install them. You shouldn't be able to mess up the metal eyelets on the camera.

We can't ship the strobe lights due to LiPo restrictions. All other items on the website can be shipped internationally though.

From the research I've done it looks like the Hero 10, 11 and 12 use the same front screen and the Hero 9 may be different. But I haven't personally tried using a 9 screen with an 11 board.

Are you using the QR Control app to create your QR codes?

What do you mean by you can't find the settings? On the camera or on QR Control?

@@AerialPixel I will create a QR code in the QRcontrol app on my mobile phone. I show the QR code to the camera, it scans the QR code, but the settings I created in the app do not load into the camera; I can't see them anywhere.

What settings are you trying to change? Make sure that you aren't trying to do a combination that the camera isn't capable of, if you have an invalid combination it won't take. Try something easy like a recording trigger first and see if that works.

DJI doesn't publish the MTOM of their consumer aircraft. But in answer to your question, it flies fine with the weight of a typical GoPro (150g or less).

@AerialPixel can you do mountain/waterfall dives with such setup? I'm awaiting your mount, hopefully will be delivered soon :)

The button is not a requirement, just a convenience. You could simply plug in a USB-C cable and it will power up and start recording.

You don't need to use the cable specified, any power the camera receives will turn it on and start recording.

@@giantkillerracing Manually powering the camera on cancels the function and you will have to use the QR code again, just so you are aware, even if you have the "MAKE PERMANENT" option selected in QR Control.

@@AerialPixel Yes I have tried it. To confirm loaded the labs firmware, scan the code, get notification that the camera will turn off until USB power and when I plug in usb the red charge light turns on but the camera doesn't power on.

Yes, Nothing special about the cable at all, the GoPro is just triggered to power on and record when it receives power. That could be from simply just plugging it in too.

The 3 LED Micro Pro is the brightest Firehouse currently offers, it is brighter than the ARC V and ARC V Pro. If you are looking for the brightest go with the Micro Pro. I've found white is the most visible in the night sky at a distance. With how bright all the strobes are (even the red) your night vision will be affected.

You can use whatever connector you'd like. XT60 is just a bit of overkill.

Is it rubbing alcohol (70%) or Isopropyl which can be 90% or higher?

@@NicholasShowalter Hi Nicholas, I'm sorry, I don't know your location, but here in the US Rubbing Alcohol is Isopropyl based. Most containers will read 70% Isopropyl Rubbing alcohol. 70% is fine to use, however I would clean it a couple of times with 70%. I normally use 99% IPA which can get all the oils off in one pass.

No it will be fine, we have customers flying 5 Firehouse Micro strobes fine and the Vifly is much lighter.

Yes, using the DJI cage and mount it works for vertical filming.

We don't currently offer top and bottom mounts for the Vifly on the Mini 4 Pro, but we can easily make them. Right now we only offer front and back arm mounts for the Vifly strobes. I will reply back to you when they are ready for purchase, give us a few days for design and testing.

We've added 2 options to the Mini 4 Pro Vifly strobe mounts for you. We now have a top mount and downward facing mounts that attach to the front arms. We did the downward facing option on the front arms because there isn't a good place to clip them to on the bottom, we've done this for several other drone models and it works well. Did you successfully install the GoPro Labs firmware? Do you see the GoPro Labs banner when you turn the camera on?

The Micro Pro is brighter than the ARC V. The ARC V has (5) 3 watt LED's for 15 combined watts of output. The Micro Pro has (3) 10 watt LED's for 30 combined watts of output. Right now the Micro Pro is the brightest strobe light Firehouse Technology offers.

This can be difficult in complete darkness unless you have enough light to be able to do a Point of Interest flight mode. Select your POI on screen and have it rotate at the speed you wish.

You can't install the GoPro Labs firmware through the Quick App. You need to do it manually. Go to the GoPro Labs website and download the firmware for the Hero 12 and copy it to your SD card. Pop your SD card, power it on and in and it will install. Here is the link to download the firmware: gopro.github.io/labs/

Without knowing more about your situation I can offer this advice: If your battery level is dropping quickly, or the camera turns off suddenly with you still have 40% battery or more you have a bad battery pack. Have you tried replacing it?

@@AerialPixel my battery is still good, and i replace it with the new one, but still same problem, but if i use it with without battery and only with type c to type c cable work normally, pls help
